Michelle and John's Sweet and Silly Engagement Photo Session

I met Michelle and John a couple of years ago when my friends Sabra and Shane got married (you can see their gorgeous autumn wedding HERE), and I thought they were an adorable couple.

Fast forward more than a year, and they got engaged. Needless to say, I was thrilled when they contacted me about photographing their wedding, too. They are hilarious and fun, and it was sometimes difficult to keep a straight face while photographing this amazing couple.

We visited New Orleans for their engagement photos, and we had a great time capturing these sweet (and sometimes silly) moments! We first visited City Park, which has a wonderful variety of interesting architecture and natural features, and then we traveled to a great comic book store called Crescent City Comics, where they graciously let us do a few photos. We were momentarily distracted by their selection and took a comic book break to buy a few gems we found there!

And lastly we went to the French Quarter, a beautiful old part of New Orleans with lots of music, people, culture, art and historic buildings. We ended the night there, and wrapped up our super-fun photo session.
