Week 33: 52 Week Creative Portrait Challenge

My challenge for Week 33 was to challenge my technical skills by doing a photo shoot inspired by this shoot by legendary photographer Benjamin Von Wong. To do this shoot, I asked my friend Cherie to dust off her ballet skills and pose for me. Her parents kindly let us set up in their yard. I also borrowed their rotating sprinkler to create the water droplets and set up my backdrop and portable strobe lights. I was super impressed with Cherie's compsure while water hit her in the face repeatedly. Cherie did an amazing job of posing and looking totally cool in all of her shots.
